This is Ba'kelalan...

Dear readers,

Guess what's been on my mind lately. Travelling. This is what I really wanted to do. I came up with so many plans so many places to travel BUT I ended up with same reasons, I didn't have enough money. But if I did have money, I didn't have times. See...how easily it is to be such a failure. But being the luckiest person alive, I've been given few chances to go to quite hidden places to some people such as Ba'Kelalan for official duty.

Serene and peaceful. That was came to my mind when I first laid my feet on Ba'Kelalan land. I was hypnotized of how quite it is and the atmosphere is really relaxing. People would come and shake our hands to welcome us. All those smiles and friendly faces makes me realized how stress-free they are living there. I've been to Ba'Kelalan twice.

Before I went there, my colleagues warned me that I would feel very boring there. It actually depends. For me, I love it. No digital entertainment for a week. I felt so connected to the people and to the nature. Since I am Celcom user, I was not able to make a phone call at all since there is no Celcom line there, only Maxis.

Seeing is believing. I suggested this place to travelers who are tired of the noisiness of  urban life. You can reach Ba'Kelalan by two transportation mode, either by chartering or self-drive or MAS flight. There's a homestay which is not far from the airport, to spend your nights there namely Apple Lodge Homestay. You can contact them through this two number 013-2865656 or 085-435736 or you can send them email as well applelodge@borneojunglesafari.com.

Full loaded! Motorcycle is the most popular mode of transportation there!

And by the wayyyy, no one pays me for those adverstisement. Hahaha... just want to share with you a piece of my experience going to Ba'Kelalan.

More will coming up. Stay tuned!
